RV Technician

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated RV Technician to join our growing team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks on a variety of recreational vehicles (RVs). The ideal candidate will have experience working with RV electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, as well as a passion for helping customers keep their RVs in optimal condition.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in RVs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Install accessories and upgrades for RVs, including appliances, awnings, and electrical systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions and offering recommendations for service or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for RV repairs and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a related field (e.g., automotive repair, diesel mechanic).
• Knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certification in RV service (e.g., RVDA or NRVTA) is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with various RV makes and models.
• Familiarity with RV warranty processes.
• Ability to perform welding or fabricating work (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
