We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems within our facilities.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend repairs
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
**Experience:**
- Strong customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Knowledge of logic controllers, welding, electrical systems, and schematics
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
