Job Type Description
The successful applicant will work with special education students in accordance with their IEP. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Salary Schedule
Time sheets at $35/hour.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and demonstrate the knowledge and ability to be a qualified and effective candidate for the vacancy. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and hold or be eligible for West Virginia licensure with endorsement(s) in special education certification that covers Multi-Categorical Special Education grades 6-12.
Experience working in an alternative education environment preferred.

If a certified candidate is unavailable for this position, then an applicant who is eligible for a first-class permit, alternative certification, Teacher-in-Residence, or a perm sub can be considered.
