Job Duties & Requirements:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction after admission and communicating with them after discharge.
- Responsible for Coordinating the admission process, to communicate with prospective residents and their family members, communicate with insurance companies
- be a lead for community tours as applicable
- coordinate and track admission's data and implement into tracking spreadsheets
- must build relationships with local hospitals and other referral sources, responsible for coordinating community PR events
- maintaining and managing insurance authorizations
- minor travel will be required- nothing over night
- responsible for updating facility social media pages
- other duties as assigned.
- Preferred Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration or a similar field.
- 1 Year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Pay will be based on experience.
