Job Details

  • Ensures the delivery of quality services in areas of operation.
  • Plans and implements the quality assurance program for the department.
  • Evaluates technical and support staff in the delivery of their work.
  • Provides for efficient patient flow and quality services within Cardiac catheterization and Electrophysiology labs.

    • Job Requirements

  • Knowledge in policies, procedures, and all equipment in Cardiac catheterization and Electrophysiology labs.
  • Basic Computer skills including keyboarding.

    • Schedule Information

  • Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to workers to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Functions as a preceptor to orient new employees.
  • Meets all departmental specific competencies.

    • Additional Details

  • Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with the medical center code of conduct and applicable corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality and treats patients and families with respect and dignity.
