IT Systems Analyst-Information Systems
High school graduate or equivalent is required. One year vocational training and certification to work on computers is required. Undergraduate education and experience in Computer Science preferred.
Systems analyst will manage and support several areas inside of PMC, The analyst will be responsible for all aspects of Service Now, paging system and cell phones for PMC. The analyst will also coordinate and schedule the move, add, change process for IT. Other duties for the analyst will also include the ordering and receive of equipment and the tracking of contracts related to PMC IT. As needed this analyst will also aid Help desk functions and Technical repairs of equipment.
