HS Diploma or equivalent required. Limited Mandatory Certificate from the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care which is valid for only three years. BLS training required.
This position contributes to Pikeville Medical Center’s mission by administering respiratory therapy to patients, for which they have received training, as ordered by physicians. This position prohibits certain assigned areas and respiratory procedures that are listed in the exclusion list. Works only on a shift that Pikeville Medical Center has assigned direct Respiratory supervision.
