Manager Trauma
KY RN License Required.
Significant experience in data analysis techniques and interpretations within a health care setting is preferred. Certification in trauma, emergency or critical care nursing preferred. Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support, ACLS, TNCC required, and Coordinates ATLS and RTTD courses.
Manager provides facilitation and direction for a multidisciplinary trauma service with primary focus on developing/implementing and monitoring systems to enhance care of the trauma patient. The Trauma Program Manager works with staff, leadership, hospitals, and work groups to identify the needs, tools, and to develop and implement these tools. Adheres to the highest professional ethical standards of practice related to confidentiality and analysis in conjunction with the organization’s mission statement.
