Certified Reform Pilates Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reform Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized instruction and guidance. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about fitness and wellness, with the ability to educate clients on proper techniques and program design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective reform pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Educate clients on proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques to maximize their workout experience.
• Design customized Pilates programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of clients.
• Incorporate knowledge of physiology into class instruction to enhance client understanding of body mechanics.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness role is preferred.
• Certification in Reform Pilates instruction from an accredited organization is required.
• Knowledge of personal training principles and program design is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
