Minimum Required Skills/Experience (not inclusive of all requirements)
• Bachelor’s degree and/or five years of mortgage loan origination or mortgage banking experience
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain a successful business.
• Prior success in sales prospecting and generating referrals.
• Organizational skills with file management.
• High initiative and self-motivation.
• Desire to work with autonomy, while having control of your branch.
