Essential Job Functions Include:
- Technician must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment, which includes, but is not limited to: disassembly, root cause analysis, implementing corrective measures, reassembly and testing of device.
- Technician must be able to perform electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, HVAC installs/repairs, fabrication, pipe-fitting, plumbing and preventive maintenance on all interior and exterior equipment.
- Mechanic must be able to perform hazards analysis for assigned job to identify potential hazards associated with task and take appropriate steps to mitigate risk.
- Mechanic must be able to operate heavy machinery such as fork trucks, scissor lifts, boom lifts, come-a-longs, overhead cranes and other mechanical devices.
- Mechanic must be able to change interior and exterior light bulbs and ballasts as needed.
- Mechanic must be able to carry equipment to worksite such as toolbox and various parts/tooling. Technician may be required to perform confined space entries to access workspace.
- Technician must be able to read/comprehend technical documents and drawings to assist in installing, repairing and maintaining equipment.
- Mechanic must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of corporation and respond to work requests in a timely manner which requires a basic understanding of computers and associated programs. Technician must be able to utilize computer to complete daily documentation and creation of maintenance reports.
- Mechanic must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping and maintaining a neat workspace.

- Ability to safely and successfully perform any/all essential job functions.
- Ability to meet and maintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain reasonably regular and punctual attendance.
- Compliance with all personnel policies and practices.
- On the job training and certification in operation of heavy equipment, regular training and re-certification required.
- Ability to work alone for extended periods and in teams.
