The Feed Mill Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all feed mill activities which includes developing and improving processes by implementing the best practices and current technology.
Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Provide team leadership to feed mill staff.
- Directs all functions of feed production.
- Manages all transportation and ingredient receiving processes.
- Maintains favorable relations with local growers and suppliers.
- Ensures compliance with FDS regulations and all government regulations, laws, and standards.
- Observe all company policies and supports company affirmative action efforts.
- Other duties as assigned
