Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Controls Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems that ensure optimal production performance.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve electrical processes and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement new control systems to enhance productivity.
- Conduct research and development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Train and support maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including PLC coding and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications, such as technical college and/or manufacturing certifications (e.g., Allen Bradley or Square D).
- 3-5 years of documented experience in a similar role.
Evaluation Process: A panel interview and standardized tests will be used to select candidates. This is a progressive position, requiring level 3 to be achieved within 18 months from start date.
