Description Application must be completed 100% with work history to be considered. 1st shift Starting pay rate : $19.45 with attendance bonus, Monday to Friday - Some weekend work required. 2nd shift Starting pay rate : $20.45 with attendance bonus, Monday to Friday - Some weekend work required. Production Associate Processes product using tools (to include knives), manual labor, and equipment provided in accordance with USDA and Pilgrims Company product standards and procedures. Process product according to operating procedures and quality / quantity expectations. Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and / or safety issues / concerns. Observes all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Participates in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies. Follow all company animal welfare guidelines. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Food or production experience preferred.
