We are seeking an experienced and skilled Poultry Plant Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient processing of chicken products.
**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate equipment and machinery in accordance with operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
- Process chicken products in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim's product standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- Previous experience in food processing or production is desired but not required.
- Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
