Job Description:
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our meat processing team as production line workers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for processing products using various tools, manual labor, and equipment. Your duties will include:
- Processing product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
- Observing equipment operation and notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Cleaning and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Assisting others with skills and knowledge gained from the position.
- Oversight of company policies regarding quality, safety, and food safety.
- Recognition and response to incidents and safety risks, promoting safe work habits throughout the organization.
- Participation in process improvement and problem-solving initiatives utilizing continuous improvement methodologies.
- Adherence to company animal welfare guidelines.
