Pilgrim’s wants YOU to grow with our Team as a Sanitation Team Member on our afternoon shift! This position starts at $21.97/hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential!

Key Responsibilities and abilities include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing production and/or office and common areas of facility.
- Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
- Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion work.
- Ability to work overtime as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
Experience/Work History:
- Prefer previous manufacturing experience.
