About the Position : We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Bulk Food Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our bulk food area, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the proper handling and packaging of bulk food items. If you enjoy working independently, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you to be part of our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Stock and face product to ensure proper presentation and availability.
- Fill bulk containers, including jars and gravity bins, to maintain stock levels.
- Package bulk food items, including candies, trail mixes, nut butters, etc.
- Clean aisles and bulk bins to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering customer questions, handling inbound customer phone calls, and assisting with special order requests.
