About the Position :
The Fermented Food Production Specialist will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality fermented food products that are not only delicious but also offer health benefits through safe consumption of beneficial bacteria. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained production environment to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Production & Recipe Adherence : Execute production tasks according to supervisor instructions, ensuring timely completion of high-quality fermented food products; accurately follow recipes to maintain consistent product quality, taste, and health benefits.
- Safety Procedures : Adhere to equipment safety protocols, food safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (S.O.P.s).
- Team Collaboration : Work respectfully with co-workers and foster teamwork in the production process.
- Compliance : Follow all Idaho laws and company standards regarding food safety, sanitation, and handling practices.
- Stocking : Face and stock Cultured Mama products on the shelves while providing great customer service
- Independence : Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks efficiently.
