Job Title: Seasonal Snow Removal Technician

Rate: $20 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable, dedicated individuals to join our team for seasonal snow removal. As a Snow Removal Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' properties remain safe and accessible during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear snow and ice from driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other designated areas
• Operate snow removal equipment such as snow blowers, plows, and shovels
• Apply de-icing agents to surfaces as needed
• Monitor weather forecasts and be prepared for quick response to snow events
• Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

Qualifications:

• Must be available for on-call hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and during unpredictable hours
• Previous snow removal experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Additional Requirements:

• Must have the flexibility to be called in during early morning hours or late-night shifts, depending on snowfall
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate snow removal equipment
