*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the designated facilities. *Responsibilities* - Perform industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a clean inside and outside environment of our common spaces- Maintain the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, and mopping - Assist with custodial duties including trash removal and restroom maintenance - Contribute to facilities maintenance by assisting with minor repair needs - Execute commercial cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards *Qualifications* - Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role is advantageous - Proficiency in floor care techniques - Ability to work efficiently in maintaining cleanliness and order - Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met - Knowledge of custodial and facilities maintenance practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.85 - $19.48 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
