About Us: Pillar ABA is owned and operated by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. At Pillar ABA, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with individuals age 0-21 years old, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Delays, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Adjustment Disorder, Down Syndrome, and additional disorders. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based applied science based on learning principles. These principles are used to improve socially important behaviors. ABA therapy in practice focuses on assessing the environmental influences on behavior through assessment-based intervention and data-based decision making. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affecting learning.

Job Details:
Salary: $60k-$120k

Location: Hybrid (Telehealth Opportunities Available), West Chester, Paoli, Exton, Downingtown, Collegeville, Phoenixville, Delaware County

Primary Responsibilities:
Create and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental disorders. Candidate must be able to treat a variety of behavioral disorders that include but are not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder(ODD)
Develop and oversee individualized home, school and community ABA programs
Develop adaptive skills so the child can secure a more positive role in the community and home settings
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop Individualized Treatment Plan
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Conduct parent’s training and collaborate with other professionals
Monitor treatment effectiveness by review of data collection
Document progress on goals
Report directly to the Clinical Director
Qualification and Experience:
PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Minimum 4 years experience in ABA working with children, adolescents and teengaers with autism and other developmental disabilities
Minimum of 2 years experience as a BCBA
