Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Salary: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Summary: Pillar Care Continuum is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support across multiple departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining effective office communication, handling administrative tasks, and assisting both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, answering and directing calls professionally.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments.
- Greet visitors, direct them accordingly, and assist potential new hires with applications.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages, ensuring accurate distribution.
- Schedule and book conference and training rooms for various events.
- Monitor office supply inventory, place orders as needed and maintain office equipment such as printers and postage machines.
- Perform clerical tasks, including preparing letters, updating spreadsheets, making copies, and assisting with mass mailings.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked kitchen area.
- Track and process timesheets, obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring timely submission.
- Run off-site errands as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to the Executive Administrator/Board Liaison.
- Assist with special projects assigned by the CEO, CFO, VP of Programs, and VP of Finance.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of administrative or secretarial experience (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience managing office inventory and supplies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
