Job Description : Kids Director / Pastor
Department : ZCC Children
Category : Part-Time, Hourly (20 hours per week : Sunday 7am-1pm onsite and additional hours throughout the week)
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Zarephath Christian Church is looking for an organized, creative, self-motivated individual who will lead and take charge of creating inspiring environments and spiritual pathways for kids to become devoted followers of Jesus.

- Proven ability in leading volunteer teams.
- Knowledgeable in best practices in reaching kids and families.
- A teachable, self-motivated team player with strong follow-through.
- Well-developed philosophy and practice of the spiritual formation of kids.
- High emotional intelligence and social skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in understanding, teaching and application of Scripture.
- A Bachelor's degree in the area of Bible, education, or calling compatible with this position.
- Work experience in Kids Ministry is preferable.
- Volunteer leadership experience in Kids Ministry is required.
- Live out godly character found in 1 Timothy 3 : 1-13.
- Financially support Zarephath Christian Church by faithfully tithing and investing in special offerings.
- Champion the mission, vision and values of Zarephath Christian Church.
- Agreement with the purposes and doctrines of Zarephath Christian Church.
- Commitment to the Orange curriculum and philosophy.
