Shifts: 1st shift Full time 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00-4:30pm with rotating weekends

Job Description
- Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
- Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
- Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
- Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
- Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Holds a current Nurses’ Aide Certificate from the State of Iowa
