Whether you are an experienced inspector or new to the industry, we provide comprehensive training and certification sponsorship to set you up for success. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in real estate, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough home inspections for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals
• Provide detailed reports and professional recommendations to clients
• Evaluate building structures, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC components
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the inspection process
• Build relationships with real estate professionals to generate business opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
• Background in construction, real estate, or home inspections is a plus (but not required)
• Licensed home inspectors would be a bonus
• No experience? No problem! We provide full training and will sponsor certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
