Duties
- Perform comprehensive inspections of homes, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Analyze schematics and blueprints to understand the design and construction of the property.
- Conduct quality inspections during various stages of construction projects to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collect data on the condition of properties and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with contractors and construction managers to address any issues identified during inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the inspection process.
- Provide clients with clear explanations of inspection results and offer guidance on necessary repairs or improvements.
Skills
