Training to deliver the Pillar To Post operating and brand standards will be provided.

  • Assist in company marketing and advertising as needed by franchisee
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones and greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation, data entry, and calendar management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with office management duties, including scheduling appointments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
