Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, and Staff at Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP. The role is located in Elmsford, NY, with the possibility of some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiations, and handling various legal matters related to civil litigation.
Qualifications
- Law and Labor & Employment Law knowledge
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in civil litigation or related field is a plus
- Law degree and relevant certifications
