POSITION OVERVIEW
The Head of Programs will serve as a critical member of the executive management team.
In collaboration with the CEO, the Head of Programs will articulate and implement the strategic vision of the agency through its programs and social enterprises; oversee a significant portfolio of programs and related services; ensure the effectiveness of programs; help to promote and diversify funding through effective resource stewardship at an agency with a mix of government funding and private philanthropic support; provide mentoring, guidance, supervision, and professional development to all program staff.

- Lead efforts to integrate emerging pilot projects into sustainable programming.
- Maintain a pulse on community trends and adapt initiatives to meet stakeholder needs.

Required Qualifications
Experience : At least 8 years in senior leadership, managing complex, equity-centered programs.
Skills : Expertise in program design, outcomes measurement, staff mentorship, and community engagement.
Commitment : Strong alignment with Pillsbury’s mission to dismantle systemic inequities and promote justice.
Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in nonprofit leadership, public administration, or related fields.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary : $100,000–$110,000 annually, competitive within the Twin Cities nonprofit sector.
