We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties related to warehouse operations, including materials handling, order picking, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems .

The purpose of the Warehouse Coordinator is to assist in the daily operations of the HUB Warehouse with direct involvement in the efficient and effective handling of all cargo moving through the HUB.

* **Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 10:00 AM -8:30 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM -6:30 PM 4- 10's

Key responsibilities:

· Ensure all gateway activities are carried out in compliance with any company guidelines or governmental regulations regarding Maersk’s status as a Container Freight Station (CFS) and Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF)

· Retain all records regarding bonded (CFS) and screened (CCSF) cargo, including maintaining the CFS log (If role should require)

· Safe operation of any equipment according to company policy and local regulations

· Effective, efficient, and damage free cargo handling (including proper breakdown and build up of Unit Load Devices).

· Proper weigh/dim and receipt of Export freight with proper log into WMS.

· Proper inventory of cargo in warehouse to be conducty in timely manner as communicated by warehouse leader/gateway management

· Proper check in of import break bulk with movement to proper location.

· Adhere to TSA, US CBP, DOT, IATA and OSHA regulations as well as any other regulatory agencies.

· Ensure workplace is always in a clean, safe and presentable manner

· Complete all trainings as assigned in a timely manner

· Work closely with HUB office for proper adherence to ULD buildup and breakdown through communication with warehouse leader.

Required qualification, experience & skills:

· strongly preferred

· Ability to work within a team and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner

· Ability to manage workload independently and with attention to deadlines, compliance, and customer centric focus

· Setting an example for others to follow regarding knowledge, expertise, work ethic, and reliability

Forklift expereince

· Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

· Communicates (speaks, understands, reads, and writes reports using acceptable format and sentence and paragraph structure) in English.

Excellent attention to detail and common sense in daily activities.

Pay Range:

$19.00-$20.00 per hour

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
