Job Role
This position requires a seasoned professional to manage a team of cashiers handling merchandise and fuel transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Directing a team to efficiently process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Preparation of accurate daily reports and close-out procedures.
- Implementation of company and local guidelines for restricted merchandise sales.
- Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
- Application of effective sales techniques to enhance product sales.
- Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Resolution of guest complaints and team conflicts in a professional manner.
- Coordination of breaks and team placements during shifts.
- Support for other travel center duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications and Rewards
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
