The Deli Baker will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products to company standards. This includes organizing and stocking work areas, preparing food according to process cards, and following food safety and handling standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have incredible guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture. You should be able to complete accurate sales transactions, cleanly and safely manage and prep food, and maintain processes and policies. Additionally, you should be able to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed, and work effectively as part of a team.
