Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness of the store, cleaning showers and restroom facilities, washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers, performing general repair/maintenance of the store, picking up and taking all trash around travel center, and providing excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a similar position is preferred.
The compensation package includes weekly pay, 15-cent fuel discount, free daily meals, $10 low-cost health plans (for full-time team members), paid time off, family leave, and other benefits.
