As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Crafting a motivating work environment for team members
- Making informed Human Resource decisions
- Analyzing P&L statements
- Managing inventory effectively
You must have outstanding leadership and customer service skills, demonstrating integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
Additional requirements include:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Pay rates start between $42,300.00 and $61,370.00 per year.
