Shift leaders oversee employee supervision and general operations at our facilities. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills to respond to customer needs. Additionally, this candidate should be self-motivated and willing to assist managers with tasks necessary to maintain well-operated facilities. This person must be knowledgeable about store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.

Key Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- Must be proficient with calculators, computers, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
