Job Requirements
The Shift Leader will be responsible for supervising employees and overseeing general operations at the restaurant.
They must possess excellent customer service skills to respond to customer needs, be self-motivated and assist managers with tasks to maintain facilities and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills & ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
- Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
