The Enterprise Applications (Salesforce) Summer Intern will gain handson experience working with cuttingedge CRM platforms that support our customer network. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how technology drives business processes from billing and collections to enterprisewide CRM solutions. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support critical business applications optimize workflows and contribute to strategic projects that impact our operations nationwide.
CRM Support & Development : Assist in managing and enhancing Salesforce and other CRM platforms used across the enterprise.
Billing & Collections Integration : Support projects related to billing and collections processes helping optimize systems that manage multibilliondollar transactions with customers.
Flow Design & Automation : Design and implement process flows to improve business efficiency including creating automated workflows within Salesforce.
Click Work & Configuration : Perform clickbased development (nocode / lowcode) including setting up dashboards reports and user interfaces tailored to business needs.
Application Development : Participate in the development lifecycle contributing to coding tasks though this role will not involve fulltime coding responsibilities.
Business Process Improvement : Analyze current processes identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing technologydriven solutions.
Collaboration : Work closely with enterprise application teams business stakeholders and IT professionals to support project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications :
We are seeking eagertolearn individuals who are passionate about technology business processes and CRM systems. Ideal candidates will have :
Strong interest in enterprise applications Salesforce or related CRM platforms
Basic knowledge of process flows business analysis or system configuration
Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Some exposure to coding / development is a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a rising Junior or Senior degree seeking student in Information Technology Business Computer Science or a related field
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Experience with basic coding (e.g. Python JavaScript or similar) is a bonus
