Job Description
As a Restaurant General Manager at Pilot Flying J, you will oversee the financial and operational performance of our high-volume, quick service restaurants. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced leader who can:
- Foster excellent hospitality and guest service
- Create a positive work environment for team members
- Implement Human Resource decisions
- Analyze P&L statements
- Control inventory levels
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and customer service skills, integrity, and accountability. They must also be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
- Excellent team leadership and customer service skills
