Job Description
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and clean service to our guests. This includes:
- Providing exceptional customer service by being attentive, responsive, and courteous to guests at all times.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and best practices.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing cash register operations, including handling customer payments and making change as needed.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, food safety, and cash handling.
