Store Director - Food Service

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Deli General Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet sales and profit objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Creating and executing business plans
• Conducting meetings with subordinate employees
• Building, coaching, managing, and developing teams
• Driving sales growth
• Managing team members
• Tracking inventory levels
• Providing excellent customer service
• Performing profit and loss analysis

Pay rates start between $55,600.00 and $80,675.00 per year.

Key Qualifications

For this role, we require a candidate with excellent leadership skills, 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice, and previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability. Additionally, the candidate should be able to create and maintain a customer-focused culture and demonstrate integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
