A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of projects from the earliest stages of takeoff through installation.
- Work directly with General Contractors and Subcontractors
- Manage freight budgets and installation crews as needed.
- Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
- Work near a shop and manufacturing environment
- Travel to job sites across the U.S bi-weekly
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in large-scale building construction
- Previous experience managing subcontractors
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Experience in expediting, logistics management, and project management
- Ability to oversee inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
- Experience in managing people to ensure compliance and quality of work
