Job Title: Retail General Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, and executing business plans to achieve established standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
- Manage inventory levels, track financial performance, and conduct P&L analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
