Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of foundation construction projects for energy infrastructure (e.g., substation, wind farms, solar farms, energy storage systems).
- Support the operations management team and field supervisors/superintendents in developing detailed project schedules, tracking progress, and managing deadlines to ensure timely delivery for large scale projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the availability of materials and equipment for project execution, generating purchase orders, and assuring timely execution.
- Assist with budgeting and cost tracking, helping to monitor project expenditures and identifying potential risks to financial performance.
- Reports status and completion of project resourcing requirements prior to mobilization and throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to discuss project updates, potential issues, and solutions.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site to ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment.
- Assist in the quality control process, ensuring that all work meets the specified standards and specifications.
- Help resolve issues that arise during the construction phase, escalating concerns to the project manager when necessary.
- Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and bids as required.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong critical-thinking, problem solving, analytical, organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets, charts, tables and drawings
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; expert capability and modeling experience in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Basic understanding of cost/performance drivers, construction processes, and market economics.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards for construction sites.
- Prior experience in data analysis, consulting, or construction/project management preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) preferred.
