Schedule: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to learn Pilot Project's brewery history, brewing process, and in-house/client products
- Ability to open and close the restaurant
- Communicate with GM when we are low on inventory
- Edit Point of Sale and online menus when needed
- Communicate and help manage all staff conflicts, guest conflicts, and property damage with General Manager and AGM
- Coordinate work schedule with other Managers to ensure there is always a manager or shift lead present during service hours
- Assist with private event operations when needed
- Manage behind the bar (systems, inventory, communication, shift notes)
- Create and maintain a pleasant and efficient tasting room and restaurant environment (temperature, music, cleanliness, conduct)
- Manage the floor and the bar during peak hours
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service for every guest
- Communicate openly and respectfully with all team members
- Maintain standards for keeping all spaces within the hospitality facility clean and sanitary
- Understand all functions of in-house POS system
- Maintain up-to-date Bartending License/eTIPS and Food Handlers’ certification
- Follow uniform guidelines
- Remain punctual for all shifts and Pilot Project Brewing events
