Pilot Project Brewing - Milwaukee is looking for experienced banquet staff to assist with our busy season! From weddings and social gatherings to corporate events and fundraisers, Pilot Project hosts a variety of exciting events within our six service areas.
Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working special events
- Multitasking ability necessary to move from one task to another at a fast pace
- Access to email to receive electronic communications regarding events
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of risk management to identify potential risks during an event and notify a manager
- Follow directions from FOH Leads and Event Managers during full-service events and weddings.
- Setting up and breaking down event spaces.
- Providing excellent guest service, including serving, clearing plates, and maintaining food stations.
- Answering guest questions and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Keeping the venue and equipment clean and organized.
- Assisting with food prep, plating, and expediting.
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
- Upholding high standards in service, food presentation, and safety.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks to ensure event success.
