This is an hourly position with on-call availability for emergency maintenance and repairs, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintenance Request Processing : Utilize the Buildium software system to efficiently process and review maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and tenant satisfaction.
- Contractor / Vendor Management : Schedule and coordinate with contractors and vendors to assess and repair maintenance issues promptly, maintaining the quality and integrity of our properties.
- Tenant Communication : Proactively communicate with tenants to provide updates on maintenance progress and ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Vendor Invoice Management : Follow up with vendors to obtain invoices, verify accuracy, and submit them to the Accounting department for processing, ensuring timely payment and proper documentation.
- Collaboration with Accounting : Work closely with the Accounting department to reconcile invoices, ensure payments are processed efficiently, and close out tasks in the system accurately.
- Online Task Management : Manage our online task management system to track and prioritize marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Rental Showing Appointment Scheduling : Assist in scheduling rental showing appointments as needed, facilitating seamless communication between tenants, prospective renters, and our leasing team.
- Application and Lease Paperwork Processing : Support the leasing process by processing applications and lease paperwork as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- General Office Assistance : Provide administrative support, including answering office phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
