Director, Marine Operations (Marine East/EBS)
Leading all operations across the PTL Marine East Business Segment. Overseeing large marine terminals, team members, safety, vessels, and customer deliveries and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing, managing, and executing process improvement initiatives.
- Providing strategic guidance to the business regarding process improvements, making concise recommendations while improving efficiencies.
- Identifying business risks and tasks for improvement of processes.
- Ensuring the performance of all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
About This Role
We are seeking a Director of Marine Operations to lead our Marine East/EBS segment. The successful candidate will have experience in process improvement, project management, business analysis, and leadership.
Requirements
- 10 years of process improvement experience.
- Specific propane products knowledge preferred.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with DM2 software core applications.
