Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Pilot software to produce high quality books and financial reports while meeting monthly deadlines
- Build strong relationships with and provide exceptional experience to a portfolio of customers
- Develop scalable and accurate accounting workflows to record a customer’s financial activity accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion and belonging on the team
About You
- 2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, consulting or business role or B.S. or MS. in related field
- Tech savvy and a fast learner
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Good customer management skills, including polite and professional communication
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $50,000-$83,000 in Nashville, TN. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.
