What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII) position at Pilotsmith, Inc?
Pilotsmith is seeking one highly qualified Flight Instructor for our Appleton Location. Must have a CFI and CFII with previous Instruction experience. Must be self-sufficient, able to problem solve, detail orientated, able to work in a TEAM, and have excellent customer service skills. In addition, this role will require a person that has a strong LEADERSHIP skillset.
Your main duties would involve typical Flight Instructor responsibilities with some paperwork to ensure proper documentation as Pilotsmith is a Part 141 Professional Academy. Pilotsmith is expanding but in the correct manner. We focus on developing leaders through example and personal growth. You must possess a growth and development mindset. Come prepared to perform at a high level, contribute to the growth of the organization in a constructive manner, and expand your plus others capabilities
